The facade of a building shows its character to the public – maintaining them, is therefore, extremely important. FPK Engineering ltd. provides accurate, facade plans from our own metric imagery. Before each facade rehabilitation procedure, for example due to damage from environmental influences, it is necessary to make an exact plan mapping the damage, in order to calculate costs and to build the planning base for further construction. Within the framework of the Program of Preservation and Protection of Historical Town Centers, more than 40 facades were surveyed, measured and evaluated stereo-photogrammetrically.
