City plans and maps were the starting points in the creation of these maps. From these, a majority of the topographic and infrastructural data was removed. Thus FPK Engineering ltd. was able to produce a bike touring map that contained only the relevant data and was clear and simple for the customer to read and understand. Both the cycle tracks and travel information were integrated into this map. Additionally, 7 cycling routes of Northwest Berlin were clearly marked onto two satellite image maps.
